Advantage : For users, results are more than conclusive because : - 6 months with slabs may be the same result as 18 months without. - More over, the replacement of the woods would not be so imperative compared to today : what a good thing for investments. - This manufacturing process could be used for other liquids where ageing in oak wood could be necessary, just like : spirits (brandy, cognac, and so on), vinegar. |

| These
staves are roasted. The major advantage is : - Torrefaction makes it possible to enrich the boards by flavours. - You may obtain after a few months of ageing, a wine or an alcohol which approach more the characteristics so much appreciated in the best fermented. By mixing the conventional oak with the torrefied oak, you can obtain personalized results. |
